Refund & Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products 

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
